Donaghy Sales LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 15, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood, a national law firm that focuses on data breach and consumer privacy litigation, is investigating a cybersecurity incident involving Donaghy Sales LLC, following the company’s notifications filed with the Attorneys General of California and Maine.
According to the consumer notification letters and regulatory filings, Donaghy Sales experienced unusual activity within a single corporate email account on or about July 22, 2025. After detecting and containing the activity, Donaghy Sales launched an investigation with the assistance of external cybersecurity experts. The investigation determined that an unknown actor gained unauthorized access to the company’s email environment between July 22 and July 23, 2025, and may have acquired certain files containing the personal information of certain individuals.
On or about December 4, 2025, Donaghy Sales completed their investigation and determined the potentially compromised information includes names in combination with additional personal data elements, which vary by individual.
In response to the incident, Donaghy Sales is also offering 12 to 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through IDX, which include credit monitoring, dark web monitoring, identity theft recovery assistance, and a $1 million identity theft insurance policy. A dedicated call center has been established to assist affected individuals.
