DBM Global Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (August 12, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has launched an investigation into a recent data breach involving DBM Global Inc., a commercial enterprise headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

According to a filing with the Attorney General of Maine, DBM Global Inc. reported that on November 12, 2024, it suffered an external system breach (hacking) affecting its systems. The breach was discovered on August 4, 2025, and may have exposed sensitive personal information of approximately 20,104 individuals, including 12 Maine residents.

The information potentially compromised includes individuals’ names or other personal identifiers in combination with additional confidential data. DBM Global has notified affected individuals electronically and is offering 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through IDX.

Federman & Sherwood’s investigation will focus on how the breach occurred, the nature of the compromised information, and whether DBM Global had appropriate safeguards in place to protect the personal data of those impacted.

  • Other sensitive information
