Conduent Business Services, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (October 15, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces an investigation into a data breach involving Conduent Business Services, LLC (“Conduent”), a global business process outsourcing company providing services to government agencies, healthcare systems, and private-sector clients. According to a data breach notification filed with the Attorney General of Maine, Conduent experienced a cybersecurity incident that may have exposed personal information belonging to individuals whose data was maintained on behalf of its clients.
On January 13, 2025, Conduent discovered it was the victim of a cyber incident that affected a limited portion of its network. The company immediately secured its systems and engaged third-party forensic experts to assist in the investigation. Conduent determined that an unauthorized third party had access to its network between October 21, 2024, and January 13, 2025, during which time files associated with one or more clients were accessed or obtained.
