CoMark Equity Alliance Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 31, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving CoMark Equity Alliance, following a notification filed with the Maine Attorney General.

According to the filing, CoMark discovered that unauthorized access to its network occurred on or around March 18, 2025. The organization launched an investigation with the assistance of external cybersecurity professionals to assess the scope of the incident. The investigation concluded in December 2025.

The information potentially involved includes individuals’ full names and Social Security numbers. CoMark stated that it is not currently aware of any misuse of the affected information and has offered complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services to impacted individuals.
