Chase Affiliated Companies Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 11, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving Chase Affiliated Companies, located at 11344 Lovington Highway, Artesia, New Mexico. The company filed notice of the incident with the Texas Attorney General.
The breach reportedly affected 979 Texas residents, and the compromised information includes individuals’ names and Social Security numbers. Notification letters have been mailed to impacted individuals.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Chase Affiliated Companies took appropriate measures to secure the personal information it maintained and whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation or additional protection.
