Central Jersey Medical Center Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 9, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a cybersecurity incident involving Central Jersey Medical Center, following its submission to HHS-OCR.
The filing states 88,000 individuals were impacted by a Hacking/IT Incident involving a network server, submitted on October 17, 2025.
As a HIPAA-covered provider, the Medical Center must provide required notices and improve cybersecurity controls.
