CCI Financial, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 12, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating the recent data breach involving CCI Financial, Inc., headquartered in Provo, Utah.

According to notices filed with the Attorneys General of Texas and California, CCI Financial experienced a cybersecurity incident after an unauthorized individual gained access to its network on or about March 21, 2025. The company discovered the event following a network disruption on April 3, 2025, and a subsequent investigation determined on August 11, 2025, that sensitive personal information may have been accessed or removed.

The compromised data includes names and Social Security numbers along with other extremely personal and sensitive data. In Texas alone, approximately 2,623 residents were affected.

CCI Financial has notified impacted individuals by mail beginning September 12, 2025, and is offering complimentary identity monitoring and restoration services through Kroll. These services include credit monitoring, fraud consultation, and identity theft restoration.
