CareOregon Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
January 26, 2026– Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving CareOregon, following a notification filed with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
According to the filing, the incident involved unauthorized access or disclosure of information associated with a network server. CareOregon reported that 5,473 individuals may have been affected. The breach was submitted to federal regulators on December 26, 2025.
