Bridgewater Law Group Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
January 13, 2026–Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Bridgewater Law Group, following a notification filed with the Attorney General of California.
According to the notice, Bridgewater Law Group identified suspicious activity within its computer systems on or about December 24, 2025. An investigation determined that an unauthorized third party may have accessed or acquired certain data stored within its systems.
The information potentially involved includes names, contact information, case-related documents, medical records or medical information, and Social Security numbers, depending on the individual. Bridgewater Law Group reported that it is not currently aware of misuse of the affected information and is offering 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services.
