BJH Holding Corp Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (October 23, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving BJH Holding Corp, the parent company of Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP (“Jack’s”). According to the company’s notification filed with the Maine Attorney General, BJH became aware of suspicious activity in a cloud-based platform used to store information relating to current and former employees.

The investigation determined that, between July 24, 2025, and August 10, 2025, an unauthorized individual accessed and obtained certain files from the platform. The review of those files revealed that the compromised information may have included individuals’ names and Social Security numbers.

BJH Holding Corp reported that it took immediate steps to secure its systems, launched a thorough forensic investigation with cybersecurity professionals, and notified affected individuals. The company is also offering 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through TransUnion. Additionally, BJH stated that it has enhanced its technical safeguards to prevent future incidents and has notified federal law enforcement.
