Beverly Hills Oncology Medical Group Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 5, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving Beverly Hills Oncology Medical Group, following the organization’s submission of a data breach notification to the California Attorney General.
According to the notice sent to affected individuals, Beverly Hills Oncology Medical Group discovered that unauthorized access to its network occurred between approximately February 7, 2025, and February 11, 2025. The organization launched an investigation in coordination with external cybersecurity specialists to determine the nature and scope of the incident.
Following a comprehensive document review completed on October 13, 2025, the organization determined that the incident may have involved individuals’ full names, as well as Social Security numbers and other highly sensitive information.
At this time, Beverly Hills Oncology Medical Group has stated that it has not received reports of identity fraud or misuse of the impacted information. However, the organization has notified impacted individuals out of an abundance of caution and is advising them to take protective measures.
To assist affected individuals, the organization is offering complimentary 12- or 24-month identity protection and credit monitoring services through Epiq – Privacy Solutions ID, which includes credit monitoring, identity theft insurance, dark web monitoring, and identity restoration support.
Federman & Sherwood is currently investigating this incident to determine whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation or other legal remedies.
