Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 5, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach reported by ATSER LP, a company based in Houston, Texas.
According to the notice filed with the Texas Attorney General’s Office on September 4, 2025, the incident impacted the personal information of approximately 400 Texans.
