AOS, Inc. dba MoneyBlock (“MoneyBlock”) Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 16, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating the recent data breach reported by AOS, Inc. dba MoneyBlock (“MoneyBlock”), which was filed with the Maine Attorney General’s Office.
According to the company’s notice, on July 31, 2025, MoneyBlock detected suspicious activity within its computer network. A forensic investigation later confirmed that an unauthorized third party gained access to its network for a short period of time. On August 7, 2025, MoneyBlock determined that the third party likely acquired files containing sensitive personal information.
The compromised data may include names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, and certain financial account information.
MoneyBlock has notified affected individuals and is offering one year of complimentary Experian IdentityWorksSM Credit 3B membership, which provides credit monitoring, identity restoration support, and up to $1 million in identity theft insurance.
