American Driveline Systems, Inc. a/k/a AAMCO Transmissions, LLC (“AAMCO”) Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (June 23, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood, a law firm with a national practice focused on data breach and privacy violations, has launched an investigation into a data breach involving American Driveline Systems, Inc., doing business as AAMCO Transmissions, LLC (“AAMCO”).
According to information provided by AAMCO, the company detected suspicious activity within its server network on April 16, 2025. A forensic investigation determined that unauthorized access to sensitive files occurred between April 11 and April 16, 2025. On May 21, 2025, the company confirmed that files containing personal information—including names, Social Security numbers, and/or driver’s license numbers of employees—had been compromised.
AAMCO has notified the affected individuals and is offering complimentary identity monitoring and credit protection services through Kroll. Impacted individuals are urged to enroll in these services and to remain vigilant by monitoring financial accounts and credit reports.
