Advanced Healthcare Professionals Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 11, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Advanced Healthcare Professionals, after the organization reported a cybersecurity incident to the Texas Attorney General.
The filing states that 1,800 Texas residents were affected by the breach. The compromised personal information includes names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government-issued identification numbers, medical information, health insurance information, and dates of birth.
Advanced Healthcare Professionals reported that no consumer notice has yet been issued, and the method of notice has not been provided. The absence of notification raises concerns about whether impacted individuals have been adequately informed and protected.
Because medical and identifying information was involved, affected individuals may be at heightened risk for identity theft, medical identity fraud, and fraudulent use of insurance benefits.
Federman & Sherwood is examining whether Advanced Healthcare Professionals implemented adequate data security controls, whether the breach could have been prevented, and what legal remedies may be available to impacted patients and employees.
The compromised information may have included:
- Full name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Address
- Driver’s license number
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Other sensitive information
