The appointment was made by the Honorable John A. Ross on July 6, 2026.
The litigation, In re Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation and TriZetto Provider Solutions, LLC Data Security Breach Litigation, MDL No. 3185, consolidates 26 federal lawsuits involving allegations that a cybersecurity incident exposed sensitive information belonging to healthcare providers and patients.
