Reframe Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
July 1, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood, a national consumer protection law firm, is investigating the Reframe data breach, a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to user information that was reported to the California Attorney General.
According to the notice, Reframe recently discovered that a single system was accessed without authorization. The company acted quickly to stop the activity and retained cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident. The investigation determined that, before the unauthorized access was contained, certain personal information uploaded by users was downloaded without authorization on or around May 1, 2026.
Although the specific categories of information involved vary by individual, Reframe stated that the incident did not involve user passwords, home or mailing addresses, payment card information, financial account information, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other government-issued identification numbers. The company also reported that it has no indication the affected information has been misused.
Federman & Sherwood is actively investigating whether Glucobit, Inc. d/b/a Reframe implemented reasonable cybersecurity safeguards to protect sensitive user information and whether this data security incident could have been prevented. The firm is also evaluating potential legal claims on behalf of individuals affected by the Reframe data breach.
Reframe reported that it has enhanced its security and monitoring controls and is offering affected users twelve (12) months of complimentary TransUnion credit monitoring and dark web monitoring services.
Consumers who received a notice regarding the Reframe data breach or who believe their personal information may have been compromised are encouraged to remain vigilant for phishing emails, text messages, and phone calls, monitor online accounts for suspicious activity, and review financial accounts as a general precaution.
