According to the notice, Women’s Center for Radiology became aware of suspicious activity affecting portions of its computer network on April 29, 2026. An investigation conducted with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists determined that an unauthorized party accessed a limited portion of the organization’s network between April 26, 2026, and April 28, 2026, and accessed or copied certain files during that time.

The information potentially exposed varies by individual and may include names, addresses, and driver’s license information.

Federman & Sherwood is actively investigating whether Women’s Center for Radiology implemented reasonable cybersecurity safeguards to protect sensitive patient information and whether this data security incident could have been prevented. The organization reported that it notified federal law enforcement, is implementing additional security safeguards, and is providing affected individuals with twelve (12) months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company.
