March 16, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Grayback Forestry, Inc. following a notification filed with the Maine Attorney General.
According to the filing, Grayback Forestry became aware of suspicious activity within its computer systems on January 6, 2026. The company launched an investigation with the assistance of external cybersecurity specialists and determined that an unauthorized actor accessed certain systems and likely copied files between January 5 and January 6, 2026.
