According to the filing, Saint Mary’s Home of Erie became aware of suspicious activity within its network environment on August 27, 2025. A forensic investigation determined that certain files stored on databases may have been accessible to an unauthorized actor between August 26, 2025 and August 28, 2025. The organization provided written notice to affected Maine residents on or about February 20, 2026.
