November 7, 2025 – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood, nationally recognized for representing shareholders and consumers in complex litigation, today announced that it has commenced a formal investigation into Quantum Computing Inc. (NASDAQ: QUBT) (“Quantum” or “the Company”) in light of disclosures indicating potential misstatements and material omissions by the Company and its officers.

According to publicly available filings and announcements, Quantum asserted major advances in its quantum computing technologies, including a thin-film lithium niobate (“TFLN”) foundry and strategic contracts with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (“NASA”).

Further, the Company disclosed that certain transactions with entities such as Quad M Solutions, Inc. and millionways, Inc. may qualify as related-party transactions which were not fully disclosed to investors.

Specifically, the investigation will examine whether:

  • Quantum overstated the capabilities of its quantum-computing technologies, products and services.

  • Quantum overstated the scope and nature of its relationship and contracts with NASA.

  • Quantum overstated the size, scale and order-book for its TFLN foundry operations.

  • Related-party transactions significantly and adversely impacted the Company’s reported revenues or financial condition, without proper disclosure.

  • As a result of the foregoing, Quantum’s public statements may have been materially false and/or misleading and may have exposed shareholders to significant losses once the truth emerged.
