S.V.D.P. Management Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (September 3, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving S.V.D.P. Management Inc., a California-based non-profit organization headquartered in San Diego.
According to a filing with the Maine Attorney General, S.V.D.P. Management discovered on July 29, 2025, that its internal systems had been breached. The incident reportedly occurred on September 26, 2024, and impacted the personal information of at least 18 Maine residents.
