Clymene Management Services, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (July 30, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving unauthorized access to systems maintained by Clymene Management Services, LLC, a commercial entity headquartered in Houston, Texas.
According to a disclosure filed with the Maine Attorney General’s Office, Clymene Management Services identified a cybersecurity incident involving an external system breach (hacking) that occurred on January 9, 2025, and was discovered on July 7, 2025. The breach reportedly resulted in unauthorized access to certain individuals’ personal information, including names and other personal identifiers.
The company issued written notifications to affected individuals, including four residents of Maine, on July 29, 2025. While the total number of affected individuals has not been disclosed, Clymene Management Services is offering 12 months of identity restoration and credit monitoring services through Experian to those impacted.
