Southern Tire Mart, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (July 28, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into a recent data breach involving Southern Tire Mart, LLC, which was reported to the Attorney General of California. The incident, which occurred between June 2 and June 3, 2025, involved unauthorized access to a limited portion of the company’s internal network.

Although Southern Tire Mart stated it has no evidence of misuse of the compromised data to date, the company has begun notifying affected individuals and is offering 12 months of complimentary identity protection services through IDX. These services include credit and CyberScan monitoring, a $1 million insurance reimbursement policy, and access to ID theft recovery support.
