Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates PLLC, Carnegie Hill Imaging for Women, and Carnegie Women’s Health for Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates PLLC, Carnegie Hill Imaging for Women, and Carnegie Women’s Health (“Carnegie Imaging”) for data breach. On November 15, 2024, Carnegie Imaging filed notice of a data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. Carnegie Imaging experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on September 16, 2024. Carnegie Imaging immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party gained access to the Carnegie Imaging’s network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information between July 30, 2024 and September 16, 2024. Carnegie Imaging will be sending out personalized data breach letters to all individuals affected by the data breach.

• Financial Information

• Other sensitive information
