On August 18, 2026, Seyfarth identified the unauthorized acquisition of a limited number of documents containing personal information. The firm is also providing affected individuals with 24 months of complimentary single-bureau credit monitoring, credit report and credit score services, along with proactive fraud assistance through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company.
