Opportune LLP Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

According to the filings, 56 Vermont residents and 322 Massachusetts residents were affected, for a combined 378 individuals in those two states, with additional individuals potentially affected nationwide. Social Security numbers were identified as potentially affected in both the Vermont and Massachusetts filings. The California filing identifies a breach date of June 22, 2026.
