Pan American Group LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

September 1, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood, a national consumer protection law firm, is investigating the Pan American Group LLC data breach following a notification filed with the California Attorney General.

According to the notice, Pan American Group LLC became aware of suspicious network activity on April 9, 2026 and took steps to secure its systems. Pan American Group states that it has no indication of identity theft or fraud related to the incident. The company reports that it has enhanced its data protections and is offering affected individuals 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through Cyberscout, a TransUnion company.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Pan American Group LLC implemented reasonable cybersecurity safeguards to protect sensitive personal information and whether additional security measures could have prevented or reduced the impact of the data breach. The firm is also evaluating potential legal claims on behalf of affected individuals.
