Conquest Adventures, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
August 4, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood, a national consumer protection law firm, is investigating the Conquest Adventures, LLC data breach following a cybersecurity incident that may have compromised sensitive personal information.
According to the notice filed with the Nebraska Attorney General, Conquest Adventures became aware of a ransomware attack on June 12, 2026. The company determined on July 14, 2026 that an unauthorized actor may have accessed certain individuals’ personal information. Although the company states that it has found no evidence of misuse of the information, it has begun notifying affected individuals.
The information potentially involved includes names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, and passport information. As a precaution, Conquest Adventures is offering affected individuals complimentary IDX identity theft protection services, including credit monitoring, CyberScan monitoring, identity recovery services, and up to $1 million in identity theft insurance, with enrollment available through October 24, 2026.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Conquest Adventures implemented reasonable cybersecurity safeguards to protect sensitive customer information and whether additional security measures could have prevented this ransomware incident.
