POLAM Federal Credit Union Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
August 31, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood, a national consumer protection law firm, is investigating the POLAM Federal Credit Union data breach following a notification filed with the California Attorney General.
According to the notice, on or about May 20, 2025, POLAM Federal Credit Union learned that a former employee may have accessed and/or removed a limited number of documents without authorization. POLAM FCU subsequently launched an investigation with external cybersecurity professionals.
