MedRevenu, LLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
February 5, 2026 – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving MedRevenu, LLC, following a notification filed with the Attorney General of California.
According to the filing, MedRevenu, LLC experienced a network disruption on or about December 12, 2024. After discovering the incident, MedRevenu secured its systems and engaged cybersecurity professionals to investigate. The investigation determined that certain files may have been accessed or acquired without authorization. MedRevenu completed its review of the affected data on October 21, 2025 and subsequently began notifying impacted individuals.

MedRevenu reported that there is no evidence at this time that the information has been misused.
MedRevenu stated that it is offering affected individuals complimentary credit monitoring, credit reporting, credit score monitoring, and fraud assistance services for a period of twelve months, along with access to identity theft protection services.
