January 19, 2026– Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Ingram Micro Inc., following a notification filed with the Maine Attorney General.
According to the notification, Ingram Micro identified a cybersecurity incident on or about July 3, 2025, involving unauthorized access to internal file repositories. The company determined that certain files were accessed or taken between July 2 and July 3, 2025, and a subsequent review revealed that personal information relating to certain individuals was included in the affected data.
The information potentially involved includes names, Social Security numbers, and other highly sensitive information. Ingram Micro reported that it is offering two years of complimentary credit monitoring and identity protection services.
