Highlands Oncology Group PA Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (August 4, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into a recent data breach involving Highlands Oncology Group PA, as reported in a notice filed with the Attorney General of Maine.

According to the notification, on June 2, 2025, Highlands Oncology discovered it was the target of a cyber-attack that rendered certain systems and files inaccessible. A forensic investigation determined that unauthorized access to Highlands’ systems occurred between January 21, 2025, and June 2, 2025, during which time files may have been accessed or acquired by a third party.

The organization is also offering impacted individuals a one-year complimentary membership to Experian IdentityWorks℠ Credit 3B, which includes credit monitoring, identity theft insurance, and identity restoration services.
