Fieldtex Products, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 12, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood, a national law firm, is investigating several significant cybersecurity incidents involving Fieldtex Products, Inc., following multiple breach submissions the company filed with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (HHS-OCR).
Between November 20, 2025, and December 3, 2025, Fieldtex Products, Inc. reported four separate breach notifications, each attributed to Hacking/IT Incidents involving network servers. According to the filings, the number of individuals affected in each report was:
- 238,615 individuals (submitted November 20, 2025)
- 20,641 individuals (submitted December 3, 2025)
- 9,206 individuals (submitted December 3, 2025)
- 5,901 individuals (submitted December 3, 2025)
Across these four incidents, a combined total of 274,363 individuals had protected health information (PHI) compromised.
While HHS filings do not specify the exact data elements impacted, unauthorized access to a healthcare business associate’s network servers frequently involves PHI such as patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, treatment or diagnostic details, insurance information, and in some cases, sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or billing data.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating the circumstances surrounding all four incidents.
