Oklahoma City, OK (November 11, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Thompson Coburn LLP with respect to their recent data breach. On May 29, 2024, Thompson Coburn LLP detected suspicious activity within its network and subsequently began an investigation with help from third-party forensic specialists. The investigation revealed that certain files were accessed or extracted by an unauthorized individual between May 28 and May 29, 2024.The following personal information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, date of birth, health insurance information, treatment information, prescription information, medical record number, patient account number, provider information and clinical information.
