Oklahoma City, OK (January 9, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Pediatric Home Service with respect to their recent data breach. Pediatric Home Respiratory Services, LLC, which does business as Pediatric Home Service, has reported a data breach to at least one attorney general’s office. While not much is known about the security incident, a report submitted to the Texas Attorney General states that names, addresses, Social Security numbers, medical information and health insurance information may have been exposed.  Those affected by the Pediatric Home Service data breach are expected to receive individual notice letters via mail. Pediatric Home Service offers home health care services for children with complex medical conditions and has locations throughout the Midwest, as well as in Florida and Texas.
