Goodwill North Central Texas Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates

Oklahoma City, OK (February 21, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood investigates Goodwill North Central Texas for data breach. On February 20, 2025, Goodwill North Central Texas filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Texas stating it had experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network accessing certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information. Details of the Breach have not been made publicly available by Goodwill North Central Texas, however, on February 20, 2025, Goodwill North Central Texas began to send out data breach notification letters to all individuals impacted by the data breach.

The type of information potentially exposed includes:
• Name
• Social Security number
• Address
• Date of birth
• Driver’s license number
• Government-Issued ID number
• Financial information
• Medical information
• Health insurance information
• Other sensitive information
