Federman & Sherwood Investigates Datamaxx Applied Technologies, Inc. for Data Breach

Oklahoma City, OK (December 2, 2024) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Datamaxx Applied Technologies, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On December 17, 2023, Datamaxx experienced a network disruption and immediately began an investigation into the matter. Datamaxx hired independent cybersecurity experts to assist with the process. As a result of the investigation, Datamaxx determined that certain files may have been accessed or acquired without authorization between December 1 and December 17, 2023. Datamaxx undertook a comprehensive review of those files, and, on or about November 12, 2024, learned that some of your personal information was contained in the potentially affected data. The following personal information was accessed: individuals name, Social Security number, medical information and driver’s license number.
