On February 23, 2021, Federman & Sherwood filed a lawsuit against Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC and The Mansion Operations, LLC, d/b/a The Mansion at Waterford Senior Living Community, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2021-748 .
