On July 26, 2018 the law firm of Federman & Sherwood was appointed co-lead counsel in the lawsuit filed by shareholders against IZEA, Inc.  The lawsuit is titled Julian Perez, et al. v. IZEA, Inc., et al., Case No. 2:18-cv-02784-SVW filed with the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
