Farmers Insurance Exchange, Farmers Group, Inc., and its affiliates, including Foremost and Bristol West Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (August 25, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces it is investigating a data breach involving Farmers Insurance Exchange, Farmers Group, Inc., and its affiliates, including Foremost and Bristol West.
On May 30, 2025, a Farmers third-party vendor detected suspicious activity and confirmed that an unauthorized actor accessed a database containing customer information on May 29, 2025. Farmers has since determined that certain personal information belonging to its customers was accessed and acquired. The company notified law enforcement and engaged third-party forensic experts to investigate the incident.
While Farmers has not reported any misuse of the exposed information to date, it is offering 24 months of free identity monitoring and credit protection services through Cyberscout. Impacted individuals are urged to remain vigilant by reviewing account statements and monitoring credit reports for unauthorized activity.
