Drivestream Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 18, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving Drivestream Inc., headquartered at 1602 Village Market Blvd. SE, Leesburg, Virginia. The company filed a data breach notification with the Attorney General of Maine after determining that certain personal information was accessed during a cybersecurity incident.
According to the filing, Drivestream experienced an external system breach (hacking) on December 4, 2024, which was discovered on December 9, 2024. The company initiated an internal investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity professionals to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The review confirmed that an unauthorized actor accessed systems containing personal information.
One Maine resident was identified as being affected by the incident, and Drivestream mailed written notification to that individual on November 17, 2025. The information involved includes the individual’s name or other personal identifiers in combination with additional sensitive data elements.
In response to the incident, Drivestream implemented additional security measures designed to protect its systems against future unauthorized access. To help safeguard impacted individuals, the company is offering 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through Epiq, including credit monitoring, identity restoration, and fraud assistance.
Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether Drivestream Inc. took appropriate and reasonable steps to safeguard the personal information in its possession and whether affected individuals may be entitled to compensation, extended identity monitoring, or other legal remedies.
