Drivestream, Inc. Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 29, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood is investigating a data breach involving Drivestream, Inc., a technology and consulting services company, following a notification filed with the Texas Attorney General.
The notification states that the incident involved the potential exposure of sensitive personal information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information, and health insurance information. Drivestream reported that 507 Texans were affected.
Drivestream advised that affected individuals were notified via U.S. mail. The notice was published on December 22, 2025.
