January 27, 2026– The law firm of Federman & Sherwood, a national plaintiffs’ litigation firm representing shareholders and investors in complex securities matters, today announced it has launched an independent investigation into potential securities law violations by BellRing Brands, Inc. (“BellRing” or the “Company”) (NYSE: BRBR) on behalf of purchasers of the Company’s common stock.

Details of the Lawsuit Investigation:

Federman & Sherwood’s investigation focuses on whether BellRing and certain of its officers and directors made materially false or misleading statements, and/or failed to disclose material information to investors regarding the Company’s business, operations, financial condition, and competitive dynamics.

The investigation is examining whether BellRing’s public statements concerning demand trends, inventory levels across distribution channels, consumption patterns, and competitive pressures accurately reflected the Company’s underlying performance. It also is assessing whether adverse information regarding consumer product destocking, slowing of consumption, and intensified competition was timely and fully disclosed to the market.

In addition, the investigation will evaluate whether corrective disclosures or restatements impacted the trading price of BellRing stock, resulting in losses for shareholders who purchased or held the Company’s securities based on earlier public statements.
