Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (November 20, 2025) – The law firm of Federman & Sherwood announces that it has launched an investigation into a significant data breach involving Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center (“ANHC”), a healthcare provider whose recent notification letters disclose a criminal cyberattack affecting patients’ protected health information (“PHI”) and personally identifiable information (“PII”).
According to ANHC’s notice, the organization experienced a cyberattack that compromised its systems and triggered a comprehensive investigation with third-party forensic experts. ANHC reports that it immediately secured systems upon discovering the attack, engaged outside cybersecurity and forensic experts, performed an extensive data analysis to identify affected individuals and implemented additional cybersecurity enhancements to prevent future incidents.
As an added precaution, ANHC is offering 12 or 24 months of free credit-monitoring and identity-protection services through Experian. Impacted individuals must enroll by the deadline listed in their personalized notice letter.
