April 29, 2026-Alpine Ear, Nose & Throat reached a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit related to an October 2024 data breach affecting approximately 65,630 individuals. The settlement received preliminary court approval on March 26, 2026, and applies to U.S. residents whose information was impacted.
Eligible individuals can submit a claim by visiting Alpine Ear, Nose & Throat settlement website by July 23, 2026, to receive:
- Up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses
- Up to $80 for lost time (4 hours at $20/hour)
- Or a $50 alternative payment (no documentation required)
Class members may also elect two years of medical identity theft protection.
