Kelly Benefits Data Breach – Federman & Sherwood Investigates
Oklahoma City, OK (June 3, 2025) – Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc. (“Kelly Benefits”), a leading provider of benefits enrollment services is providing notice of a recent data security incident that may have involved certain personal information.
What Happened?
Kelly Benefits recently identified suspicious activity within its IT environment. Upon discovery, Kelly Benefits took immediate action to investigate the matter with the assistance of leading third-party forensic experts. The investigation determined that unauthorized access to Kelly Benefit’s systems occurred between December 12, 2024, and December 17, 2024. During this time, certain files were accessed and exfiltrated.
A comprehensive and time-intensive review of the affected files was initiated to determine the nature of the information involved and the individuals impacted. On March 3, 2025, this review concluded and confirmed that certain personal information related to individuals was included in the files accessed during the incident. Following this confirmation, Kelly Benefits notified their below clients in April 2025 and are now extending notification to affected individuals.

The affected files may have included personal information related to certain individuals, such as:

- Social Security numbers
