Ms. Peintner has worked in the legal community for over fourteen years. Before joining Federman & Sherwood, Ms. Peintner worked in patent law, oil and gas, probate, banking and real estate, family law, personal injury, and insurance defense. Her primary focus is in complex and class action litigation, including federal securities class actions, data breaches, and consumer class actions.
