Federman & Sherwood is pleased to announce that they successfully argued that the Samsung Top-Loading Washing Machine cases filed throughout the United States should be transferred by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to the federal district court in Oklahoma City (Western District of Oklahoma).
