Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC Data Breach – Investigated by Federman & Sherwood

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 22, 2025) – Federman & Sherwood announces that it is investigating a data breach involving Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC, which was disclosed in a filing with the Attorney General of Maine.

According to the notification, Jenkins Fenstermaker concluded an investigation into unauthorized access to certain files in its computer network occurring between April 5, 2025, and April 9, 2025. The firm later determined that one or more files contained personal information belonging to a Maine resident.

The information involved reportedly included names and sensitive personal identifiers such as Social Security numbers or driver’s license numbers. Jenkins Fenstermaker mailed notification letters to affected individuals on December 19, 2025, and offered one year of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.

The firm also reported that it has taken steps to enhance its existing security protocols to help prevent similar incidents in the future.

Federman & Sherwood is investigating whether reasonable cybersecurity safeguards were in place prior to the incident and whether affected individuals may have legal rights stemming from the breach.
